Youth Orchestra of Urban Towns and Hoods (YOUTH) is the sole owner of the information collected on www.youthorchurban.com. YOUTH collects information from our users at the online donation and email sign-up on the website.
Donation Forms
We request information from the user on our donation forms. A user may provide contact information (such as name, email, and mailing address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes by YOUTH.
Information Use
YOUTH uses the information gathered to process a user’s contribution to YOUTH. Information gathered may also be used to inform user’s of special YOUTH events, either via email or regular post. A user may opt out of receiving promotional information from YOUTH at any time by following the opt-out procedures in this document.
Log Files
Like most standard Web sites we use log files. This includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses, etc. are not linked to personally identifiable information.
Communications from the Site
CONTRIBUTION RECEIPTS
We send all online contributors a receipt for their contribution. Established contributors will occasionally receive information on various upcoming YOUTH events and other YOUTH communications. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications. Please see the Choice/Opt-out section.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
We communicate with our Recurring Giving users on a regular basis to provide receipts for their contributions, and, in regards to issues relating to their account, we may communicate via email, phone, or mail.
